Drew University seeks an experienced Prospect Researcher to conduct research on donors and prospective donors to the University.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development Operations, and working closely with the Vice President, and gift officers, the Prospect Researcher will research and analyze information on current and prospective donors to Drew University and on their businesses; write detailed reports for use by fundraising staff and campaign volunteers; initiate new and innovative methods to identify prospective donors; ensure that researched information is utililized, tested, and updated by fundraising staff through personal contact with donors; and oversee the use of the Raiser's Edge in support of prospect management and its optimization relative to that end.

Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required, knowledge of the Raiser's Edge and Crystal Reports preferred.  Three to five years in fundraising or a related field required.
