Connector Issues- stuck at initializing synch

We are using the Sphere/RE connector. We are having a problem with downloads. It seems that it is stuck at a gift and won't download anything. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I'm in a queue at BB's sphere division waiting for engineering to address the issue. I think downloading is critical - at least it is to us. Wondering if someone else has had the issue, maybe I can help engineering along.

    Hi,

Im not sure what you mean exactly by the Connector being stuck and not downloading.  We just got the Connector and Ive had it freeze on me a few times when I manually run the sync and when I process multiple Sign Up Requests - maybe thats what you are talking about?  I have several Connector questions in the queue also!

This issue was fixed. The technicians handled it very well and we've had no issues since.
