RE 7.91, Test Environment, Blackbaud Payment Service

    Hi all,

    We are going to create a test environment for 7.91 before upgrading in production. Our question is: can remove the test credit card numbers from the payment service before upgrading production to avoid any conflicts? In knowledge base Solution Number: BB620504, i learned that test data will be automatically removed from the system after 2 weeks. But we will be upgrading within a few days after testing.

    Hi Nick, you can update to version 7.91 for your live conversion at anytime.  The test conversion is independent of the live conversion.  The credit cards from your test conversion will be deleted 2 weeks after the date you did the test conversion.  However you can do your live conversion at anytime.  I hope this answers your question.
