If you have done the Integration Readiness Assessment, do you think it was useful or a waste of money? I am trying to convince my boss that it is worth it but want to be sure.

We did it, and I feel that it is important to do. You may not be as ready as you think you are.
This way, there will be no suprises.
We did everything step by step as BB instructed, and I feel that is why things went as well as they did.

That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Thank you for all of your help! By the way, would it be okay if I called you sometime next week to talk to you about your experience with integration? I am familiar with databases and even initiated a change from one to another at a previous job but this is the first "integration" I have done so I want to make sure I do it well.
