Any idea why this happens sometimes when I hit print on a letter I have merged directly from a gift record?  This only happens with the letters set up in config and only about 20% of the time, but it's still annoying and a waste of paper since I can't tell if it will happen until after I hit print.

I’m sure we had this a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly, changing (or updating) the printer driver resolved it.

Hmmm...I've tried downloading the driver and installing the latest version but I can't tell if it worked or not.....my printer's properties don't list the driver version which is weird and actually my printer isn't listed in my device manager either.  I'm the only one using this printer so I don't understand why the properties look different than what I'm used to.
