Say for example, in Checklist you have 'Follow-up Call,' and your rule is 3 calls and they move to Fall Out (no response from attempted contacts)... How could you automate this?
Is anyone using this software this way?
Would you be willing to share?
SIS is not working well as an automated CRM. If you add a rule for each checklist item, they are not easy to delete and hard to update en mass. Easier to just do it by hand.
