    Emailing a profile

I have volunteers who help with thank you calls and they like to do them from their home.  I would like to email the donor profile to them but find that I can only do one record at a time.  Is there any more efficient way to do this than one by one?

Second question is that I have one board member who uses a MAC and her excel version is 2008 for MAC.  When I email the profile to her it seems to populate the year in the gift table - strange?  Should I be using a different file type when email the profile to her?

I use a query because I have the volunteers setup as solicitors - I also send the file as adobe acrobat (pdf) since it is a free software that can be used on any platform.

I created a custom crystal report for this - it is not a full profile as they do not need that but they get enough info to thank them for their gift.  I send it as a .pdf.
