    Wealthpoint On Time

Is anyone out there actively using this product?  If so, can you share with me if you would recommend it as a useful tool?

    thanks, Margaret

It is a useful tool if you have the Researcher’s Edge.

    Re: Wealthpoint On Time

WealthPoint OnTime is a useful tool regardless of what fundraising or prospect research database you have.  It’s a service used to pre-screen prospects to identify those who may have a high capacity for giving.  The results are returned within 90 minutes, allowing you to quickly identify those who should be touched by your development staff.  The results are returned in a format that can be imported into The Raiser’s Edge, The Researcher’s Edge, ResearchPoint, along with a report of the prospects and their scores.

Two scores are returned for each record—the WealthPoint OnTime rating of A-G, as well as a Liquid Score of 1-3.  The WealthPoint OnTime rating is based off of publicly held assets while Liquid Score indicates likelihood of liquid assets.  Donor screening is also offered, which will screen your WealthPoint OnTime file against your CRM database to identify records that are currently constituents.  For records identified with donor screening, last gift amount, last gift date, and total amount given is also included with the results.

Questions for Group about Patient Fundraising

The question was raised during a recent User Forum about visiting both donors and non-donors while they are in care. This is in tandem with using WealthPoint OnTime. Some of the concerns are how do you manage the volume of visits, how does this impact customer service, can it be done without a grateful patient program in place? I would love to hear thoughts from other users. Thanks!

    Re: Wealthpoint On Time

While Wealthpoint OnTime is a useful tool regardless of fundraising database, the process of confirming of information returned by Wealthpoint is essential piece of a valid score. The Research Point or Researcher’s Edge make it easy to validate any returned data that is found by a process of complicated algorithms during Wealth Point screening and adjust Wealth Point rating. Therefore, before returned data is imported into a live fundraising or prospect research database, it must be confirmed by a real human.
