We need to be able to post Senior grades from FA Web into Registrar's Office and run GPA calculations for transcripts.  When we do so, grades will be posted for other grade levels also.  We do not have senior only classes in courses setup.  A posted grade for the underclassmen who continue to have grades added will be confusing for parents in NetClassroom.

Do you have a similar scenario and how are you getting around this issue?

I feel your pain on this.  We tried to wait on senior grades untill all the others were done but some people complained and now I am doing senior grades.  What I do is query the seniors and get their classes and sections.  I then produce a checkoff sheet of classes and enrollments from this.  If it is a whole class of seniors, I post by the class.  If it is only a couple, I enter them manually.  It is a little more time cosuming but not too bad since we have only 60 seniors.  I have suggested to BB that we be able to post to student queries which would fix the problem but it hasn't happened yet.  Maybe in the next release.  You may want to look at Solution BB180176 and let them know that you want this also.
