Does anyone use Raiser's Edge and a non-Blackbaud product for online giving?  If so, I'd love to hear your comments about the product, specifically it's integration with Raiser's Edge.

We use a product called e2rm (supported by a company called Artez).  It handles all of our regular online donations and we also use it to track our events (ie. sporting events).  It doesn't integrate with Raiser's Edge, however I've set it up with some reports that allow me to create import files from the export file that I create from e2rm.  The process is pretty streamlined, it's easier for us to use this method as opposed to adding the data manually.  I've linked my reports to the live RE database to search for records that already exist, so no duplicates get created (as best as possible based on set criteria) and/or so the correct record gets updated with either gift or event data if it does already exist in RE.

We also got the vendor (Artez) to add a function in their software to allow us to pay off a pledge that is set up in e2rm for someone who is paying that pledge offline by cheque.  This is very useful to us for one of our events where the scoreboard has to reflect both online and offline donations.

Not sure to what degree you will be using the online software, but if it's just for regular online donations, this is a pretty good product (other than it not being integrated with RE)
