 Does anyone have experience using the services of the National Transcript Center?  I'm specifically looking for guidance in producing an XML file in accordance with the requirements outlined on http://www.transcriptcenter.com/trex.php.

Ron,

The Georgia schools upload their transcripts with a section that Blackbaud put together for them.  It does not create an XML, but it does create a CSV file with all the parts that were required for Georgia's 411 College app program (XAP is the company that administors to Georgia Hope Finance Commission for Hope Scholarships).  I did ask them about the National Transcript Center and if they had plans to develop an upload for that.  They said "We will look into it", I know that this will be the future of transcript transmission (Georgia unfortunately always does things a bit behind the curve ball as I asked them why they went with this Ga. 411 systems instead of National Transcript Center... no good answer).  I would press your Account manager to ask for a export that would help to create the file you needed, they already have something for Georgia so I am sure they could modify for schools using NTC.
