We recently purchased the Alumni Tracking Module and I'm wondering if anyone knows if you can globally add the Primary Alumni Information (just the check box) to a query of already existing education records?

You can do a global change, but I would suggest doing this through an import as you will have more control over exactly which records you want to mark primary if you have constituents with more than one education record.

You will need the Education Relationship Import ID (ESRImpID).

If your constituents each have only one education record then you can use your query to make a global change to mark the primary alumni box checked where unchecked. You could always do a staged approach if most of your constituents have one education record. Globally change those, then create an import file to amend the others.
