We have a problem with envelope addresses when using the canned letters in RE.  The letter information prints out fine, but when we go to print an envelope within the letter, the font changes to "headings" and prints characters rather than text on the envelope.  For each envelope we want to print, we are currently going into print options and selecting the desired font just prior to printing the envelope.  Any suggestions?
