    we are in the process of converting from AFN to FE, We did not purchase the CAsh receipts module. Is it really neccessary to purchase the CR module?

    Linda, we've had the CR module ever since we went live with AFN, and of course, now with FE7.2. I think it's a great module. It really makes it easy to search for deposits by amount or by name of person who paid, etc. There would be no way to search in the G/L. The other great things is that our auditors always ask for a cash receipts register. There is no such report in G/L. You have to have CR. I think it is very worthwhile.
