Wayne,
You will need to set up a basic query. You should be able to use a constituent query as long as you can define who your donors are. Are you looking for donors to a specific fund/campaign, all 'donors' in RE, every record in RE?
In the query function the name and constituent ID is all under the heading "Constituent Information." Selecting "Name" will pull first and last name;Selecting "Sort key" will pull last name, first name and ID in one field - useful for alpha sorting; or you can select "last name" and "first name" fields separately. If you have organizations, you will need to select ""Organization Name" also. Under the heading 'Spouse" you can select spouse name if you need that also.
Address info is under "Address" heading. You can pick from the different address types. Generally you would want ' preferred address line 1 (and 2, 3 ... if you use them), preferred city, preferred state, and preferred zip. (Preferred city and state can be pulled as one field but using that can limit your sorting options if you need them later.
If you see duplicates in your query, remember query is not a reporting method. You may need to do an export based on the query to eliminate duplicates. (Sorry if that's too much info.:-) )
It's not a daunting as it may seem.
