We have both applicants and current students who come to our summer school program.  I would like to be able to track these students in EE.  Has anyone figured out a good way to do this?  Right now I have to export applicants from Admissions Office to an Access database, then export current students to a second Access database, and then merge the two manually.  I would like to be able to use the facility of EE to track these summer school students.

If all of your students have applicant views of their records, you could add an attribute to their applicant view and use that for your queries, mailings, etc.  You can generate applicant views of your student records with one of the wizards if needed.  Hope this gives you an idea perhaps!

Are you looking to track grades and other information for the summer school program for the applicants?  If so, we would need to enroll the applicants into Registrar's Office so that they can have the information entered.  If you are looking to be able to track the information for the records in Access, but would prefer to have a more concise means of extracting that data, you can run the Mark for Re-enrollment Wizard to create applicant views of the student records.
