Hello,

 Does anyone have a Crystal Report template that they use to capture multiple year Annual Fund Campaigns that include the following info: Total Cash, Total outstanding pledge, # of donors, # of gifts, goal, and % of goal, and average $ per donor.  In addition, the report would capture 3 other campaigns that are distinct, and would include the current years' numbers and 2 years out ($ totals only).  This is a summary report that I have been creating using an excel template but I would have to run several reports from Gift Detail and Summary in RE and inserting into excel to do the calculations.

Have you looked at Demographic and statistical reports/comparisons & summaries? It would be almost the same exact report - I would run it with Total Cash Gifts - export it to excel and add a column for Pledge Balance and run a second report with the same information but with Pledge gift types and  use pledge balance instead of gift amount.

Should take 5 minutes tops to do
