    Volunteer Module - Request for Input

    I have been working with Raiser's Edge for over 10 years, however, I do not have any experience with the volunteer module so I am looking for input from users.  How long have you been using it?   Do you manually input hours from a spreadsheet or use batch?  Do you use the canned reports or create custom reports?  Any additional information you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
