    Our income statements are run and saved by Programs, and we want to be able to save the reports on a nuetral drive within

    our network so all programs can view and print as they wish, using Crystal reports.  My question is:  Do I have to have

    cyrstal reports on all program computers or just our nuetral drive? Or at all?

    Hi Kathy

    If you save a report in a Crystal Format, you will need Crystal install on the work station the report will be viewed on. But, if you save it to a different format, such as a PDF or Excel, you wouldnt need Crystal. When you preview the report in the Financial Edge, select to export the report. On the next menu, you can select to export the report in any format. You can select Crystal, but you can select anything that is easier as well.
