We currently have an event where people can register groups of walkers. This event last year hit 2000 walkers. This year we are using the Group/seating on RE so we know who is in which group. My problem is that it seems to be that only one person at any one time can use the group/seating area at any one time? When we end up getting 60+ registrations per day, we need to have more than one person entering registrations on to the system. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

Hello Linda,

Did you try the security settings to check if other person got access to add/edit that record? As a matter of fact we dont use Events Module in our org but that is the loaction you have to check. If the user has not got the security rights they can not change that part of the record.

Contact your Database Administrator to ensure this issue, if not import is another option to explore.
