I'm trying to create a crystal report listing prospects with the solicitor(s) assigned to each of those prospects. Currently, for prospects that have multiple solicitors it lists the prospect name multiple times (equal to the number of solicitors), which is not what I want. Is there a way to get each prospect to only be listed once, regardless of the number of solicitors? Thanks!

There are basically two options.

1)  Create a group on the prospect and put the prospect info in the group header/footer and the solicitor info in the details section.

2)  Use a sub-report.  You may still need to use (1) if you have other one-to-many relationships in your main report.
