We are looking to send just an email confirmation for online gifts.  Is there any way to print a copy of the sent emails from the Net Solutions/Blackbaud system to keep in the donor's hard file?

If you are using the Advance Confirmation Setup you can enter your address or someone else's address in the Send Copy of Email to field.  This will bcc whoever you enter.  when they receive the confirmation they can print it out and put it in your donors file.  If you are using the simple confirmation you can pull up the donor under contacts then manage, scroll all the way to the bottom and then click on View All Activities this will give you another screen where then you will see Confirmation next to the event if you click on that you can a pop-up box will come up.  this is the simple confirmation text and the text that is received after a donor click's on submit and then the confirmation page appears.
