Setting Up a Special Event with Breakout Sessions

    Good Morning,

We are currently in the process of setting up a Women's Health Conference special event.  There are three breakout sessions throughout the day with 6 speakers per session.  We need to be able to register attendees and select which sessions they selected upon registering.    We also offer an option to let people attende lunch/keynote only so that needs to be an option as well.

Can anyone tell me if they have set up similar events?

    Please advise.

Is the participation field already in use?  If not, you could use the participation field on a participant record to record the session they are attending.  If you make the entries vague, you could use this again when you have a similar event made up of breakout sessions.

Could you not set up a group event consisting of the various sessions. That way you could each session is an event but track the overall attendance via the group.
