Children's Foundation seeks an individual to coordinate the Foundation's initiatives to build support from online giving through email and other electronic avenues for engagement with constituents and donors. The coordinator will have responsibility for implementing the Foundation's strategic plan as it relates to e-philanthropy and usage of the online community and fundraising tool, Blackbaud's NetCommunity. The coordinator will be responsible for increasing online traffic, event registration, online donations, and online brand marketing for the Foundation. The coordinator will interact closely with the IT, marketing, event and annual giving teams, as well as external constituencies and internal groups on behalf of the Foundation.

Job Qualifications:

Education:
1. Required: Bachelor's degree.
2. Preferred: A graduate degree or related experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.

Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of three years of significant online communications, fundraising or data analytics experience. This should include responsibility for managing a constituent relationship management (CRM) program, fundraising program, web design/master experience, e-communications project management or data analytics expertise. Experience in healthcare philanthropy and knowledge of Minnesota philanthropy will be advantageous.
