We recently acquired the Raiser's Edge Planned Giving Module and we're beginning the process of posting our planned giving gifts into the module.  Since we don't want to re-invent the wheel, has anyone created an input form (to be utilized by the Planned Gift Officer to communicate basic gift info to data entry personnel) which they would like to share with us?  Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
