    Sending Emails from Raisers Edge

Hi, When sending an email from RE i get a message saying "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?......" Ive asked Blackbaud and they have said there is nothing you can do to get rid of this message, but does anyone know a way to stop this message coming up? It is really annoying!! thanks James

    Hi James,

Yes, there is an easy way to stop this. You need to download a useful piece of software called Express ClickYes, and install this on each workstation that may be used to send email from Raiser's Edge. It's free and just sits in the system tray and does the clicking for you. Make sure you keep it active and set it to start on logon.

Do a Google search for ClickYes and you'll find it.
