We are trying to set up a policy and procedure manual. We are all doing ok with the application of things, it is putting down specific responsibilities to staff. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to integrate Raiser's Edge into the office?

We are in the process of finishing the completion of our Desk Manuals (aka, procedures and policies manual). Our staff consists of three (3), and all of us have respective responsibilities. We have exhausted the Membership Module, are are currently tapping out the Events Module, along with the others, Donations, NetCommunity, EStore, etc. We approached putting together a desk manual when a staff person is out of the office and the work NEEDS to be completed. Here is how we started...
1. Person responsible: we set an outline of every detail, including the table of contents
2. Wrote every detail as it pertains to completing the task
3. Used screen shots of RE for every function (which turned out to be step-by-step instructions) so anyone could sit at a desk and do the job
