I set up and run the query for donors with three consecutive declined credit card payments, but I can't find the way to see the previous amount. All I got is $0.00, since the payment was declined on specified date. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are your payment amounts consistently the same?  If so, for the output of your query does pulling in the "Installment Amount Due" under the Installment list of options work?  (Sorry couldn't check as don't have missed installments to see if it used installment amount or if it totals up what is due)  I think it should work though.

Thank you so much for such a quick answer. Unfortunately, it didn't work - the Installment Amount Due remains blank. But, I got the information I needed through Export, where you can pick up the output data. Thanks again and have a wonderful day.
