I am trying to do a memorial letter for multiple donors to the same memorial fund. I can get the letter to work when I only have one donor but it does not work fo rmultiple donors, What should I do to ensure that we only send one letter to the person with multiple names of various donor to the same memorial fund. We have a card sent to the family of the deceased, that includes up to 5 names (another org had up to 10 with addresses).

Fields to include tab 2 - here is where you pick what info you want to have on your letter (donor name or name & address), you want to specify "number of gifts to consolidate" (again, we use 5 based on our card size). Include from the Available Field addressee/salution "donor addressee". When you set up your letter/card, ensure that you have placed each field (Don add 1, Don add 2, Don add 3 etc) in your letter. You'll need to format the add/sal on this tab (options) to show the format for your org (we use Mr. John Doe & Mrs. Jane Doe)
