Running Crystal Reports Full Version Release 11 on RE Enterprise 7.85.5026.3

I have an old custom report that was used and wanted to recreate it with some adjustments so I copied it, made the adjustments, saved it and ran it. The reports runs fine from my computer and from some of the other user's worskstations as well. On some workstions however, when the user opens the custom report there is nothing but the main page header and the footer of the first page.

The user is initially allowed to select which campaign they would like to use. When the New one is added that I created not information is displayed. When they select all of the campaigns then the report displays the information EXCEPT the new one that I had created and the information that IS being displayed seems like old data. It's almost like the export file is not being updated (even though the refresh checkbox is ticked).

After running it form one user's station(that couldn't see the report) I came back to my station and sure enough the report was blan when I ran it. Then I recreated the export and it ran on my machine but still not on the other users. 

I have checked directories, pathways, filters (remember though it works for some users and not others), export format. Is there something I'm missing?? The only unusual event lately was that on January 15th updated to the new release of RE. (7.85) Has naybody heard of any similar events. I know there is a solution in the BB knowledgebase BB396950 that talks about something similar happening. They refer to all workstation being set to show a Long Date format, but Im not sure what they are referring to. I will call them if nobody can assist.

Few suggestions here: Make sure that export you used to refresh the report is set to use fully qualified path name, for example \\serve-name\share-name\data_forder-name\file.mdb Also, make sure report you use to run custom report is set to use fully qualified path name, for example \\serve-name\share-name\report_forder-name\report.rpt If everything is fine with fully qualified path, then problem might be with the permission for data-folder share. A person who is refreshing the report must have write permission to this folder. Mark.
