    Year End Report

What reports in Financial Edge would you suggest using to look at overall year-end totals?

    Re: Year End Report

Hi Bonnie There are several reports that can be run, depending on what type of activity you want to see and in what module. The best thing to start with is a Balance Sheet or an Income Statement in General Ledger. In addition to this, I would run a Trial Balance report to review the total debits and total credits for each account. If you need to see the information showing on the Trial Balance report in more detail for a specific account, just run a General Ledger report filtered on that account. Make sure all the reports have either the entire fiscal year selected or if there is only an option for an ending date, be sure to select the period end date.  In Accounts Payable, you would just want to run an open invoice report to review items still open. Same with Accounts Receivable with the open item report.  If this doesnt work out for you, feel free to create a case on Case Central under the Support menu and we at Support can troubleshoot it further with you. I hope this helps :D
