Problem uninstalling RE7

    Problem uninstalling RE7

    Our server died and we moved RE7 to a new server. Now, when I try to uninstall RE7 from a work station I get an invalid path message. Evidently, RE7 needs to communicate with the server it was linked to during the install. How can I get around this message?

    Hi, Lynn. Instead of uninstalling RE from the workstations, you'll want to manually update them by running Setup.exe from the Deploy package on the new server. Refer to step C in BB114770: How to move or install the database and the Blackbaud Management Console on a new Windows server. Hope this helps!
