I searched the client docs & only found 2 examples. I've also searched Blackbus, FundSvcs & Support Advancement. If anyone else is willing to share their pledge reminder, I'd appreciate it. I'm particularly interested in other Hospital Foundations; especially Woodmark hospitals!

Tracie, all of your questions seem to be similar to ours :)  Right now we are drafting letters as a reminder, not an official form.  Has your organization come up with a form?
