How are other schools handling this?  You can make the change in Netclassroom but it does not allow for changes to email and phone data.

We turned this off because one seperated family decided that they would enter their new address and because of the way these were linked, it took quite a while to figure out what had happened. The system is not able to notify you when someone makes a change. In addition, if you have your data linked to RE, you could have a few more problems on your hands.  If emails and phone numbers could be changed this would be usable. 

We also turned off address changes from NetClassroom becasue of the issues Karla mentions.
