Has anyone out there done this or interested in joining us in the customization?

SIS - Repeat Credit Hours

I am told that when we sign a student up for a course that a validation is performed regarding credit hour requested vs. credit hours previously taken. Since we need this information in the FA department how do I generate a report or an alert that a student is not taking new credits but credits previously attempted if this information isn't stored anywhere?

Waitlist & NetClassroom

We just converted, and we're preparing for our first online registration with NetClassroom. We've updated to 7.78. We can't find anything that says exctly how students can add themselves to a Waitlist in NetClassroom. The student selects the class that's full, clicks on Submit, and gets an Exception. What then? There isn't a button that says 'Add to waitlist' or anything like that. Does anybody know?

Conversion Issues with SIS

I would like to hear from anyone who converted existing data into the Registrar's Office component of Student Information System. Any input regarding conversion issues, especially on the Degree Requirements tab and transcripts, would be much appreciated.

I know only of those who have chosen not to convert existing data. This is apparently the best way to go with this system; I wish our organization had known of extensive conversion problems prior to making this choice.

Cannot upload media into student records from a non-administrator account

The subject line says it all really. We cannot upload media files into student records if the user does not have administrator rights on the machine. SIS actually locks up at the stage where you navigate to the file and select it. An admin user would then see a preview of the file, but a non-admin user just gets a locked up application.

It would seem to be a permissions problem but I cannot track it down!
