Legal Custody

We are in the process of improving our application. We currently do not have any question regarding parental custody. We are considering adding 2 check boxes under each parent; one for Sole legal custody of student and one for Joint legal custody. If you get this information, how do you use it? We noticed that there is a box on the student record under Relations, Address/More that states Relation has Legal Custody, but so far we've always left this blank. Tracking Enrollment?

I want to track the enrollment/re-enrollment status of my applicants/students in SAWIN - specifically I want to be able to see whether an enrollment contract has been received, whether or not it was completed accurately, and whether or not a deposit was received. What is the best way to do this? We do not use the Student Billing module currently.

SAWIN-terminal services
