Hi - my name is Alice and I have posted here before... I'd really be interested in getting your opinion on this - do you have an organization accounting policy/list of procedures you follow when you receive restricted donations? (something that includes for instance a management fee you deduct from the donation if any, or any procedural steps you take when you receive/post these donations) I looked in the client documents section of the Blackbaud website but did not find anything on that... appreciate any feedback/recommendations - I can also be reached at [Email Removed] thanks! Mutual agreement for Disaster Recovery hot site

I'm looking for a Blackbaud site on the Eastern US that is willing to form a mutual agreement for a hot or cold site to be used in a disaster recovery scenario. I'm willing to provide a site with Internet connectity to house 1 or 2 servers and am looking for another non profit site to do the same for our foundation accounting server. i would like to change the Project coding on a number of our projects. Can this be done without major problems. I can see problems with reports-the reports would have to be modified to reflect the new codes. Are there any other problems to be aware of? Thanx.

That interim releases have their own peculiarities? Such as with 6.42.286 - if you export a multiple column income statement to Excel ver 8 - the rows and columns are out of whack??? In prior releases, the export to Excel worked fairly good.

Student ID Cards with Pictures

All- We would like to print students' pictures on their id cards for the next school year. I know that we can scan the pictures into the media tab in records in Student Billing. We also need to be able to put the appropriate bar code information from QuickSell on each card. Unfortunately, the print id card feature in Utilities and Housekeeping won't actually print a picture on each card. It only leaves a space for a picture so you can paste it in. Does anyone have a suggestion of a workaround for putting student information, bar code information from QuickSell and a student picture on an id card? Thank you in advance for your ideas. Date Format

I dislike the format of the date line attached to each message and replies. It's very continental and cool, I suppose, to put the day first, followed by the month, then the year, but since we don't commonly do it that way here, why insert a format which very few people use? I would prefer to have the date formated as month-day-year. It's very irritating to have to STUDY the date line to figure it out.
