I am having trouble wrapping my head around it. Any advice that you have would be appreciated. This being our first I am sure that we have several email addresses in our system that is no longer valid. Thanks so much for your help in advance!

Re: Unsubscribe Email Request

I can think of a few things - just choose one and use it consistently. Then utilize that field as a filter to exclude any records that should be excluded.

1) Use the requests no email checkbox on the Bio 1 tab

2) Use a Solicit Code for your Do Not Email

3) Use the DNC (do not call) option next to the phone type
