I need to export a list of all email addresses in my database so that I can export them to my icontact account for our e-newsletter. How do I run this report?

I'm wondering how others are doing with the conversion and training. Have there been any unexpected problems? Was the two-day training sufficient? Is there a quick way to populate person 1 or both namefields in Giftmaker pro without going into each record individually?

Our Giftmaker installation is on our older server. I want to install Raiser's Edge on our new server. To do the conversion will I need to first install Giftmaker on the new server and import the data; install Raiser's Edge on the old server, perform the conversion and export the data to the new server, or can I do the conversion across servers?
