    Database Administrator / Development Assistant, Orlando, FL

    Minimum Salary: Commensurate with experience

    Brief Description of Job: Immediate opening for an experienced Raiser’s Edge database professional to provide database and information management services in an efficient manner, and to assist the Development Director and staff by supporting departmental strategies to friend-raise and fundraise among its diverse constituent groups.

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with at least two (2) years experience in non-profit fundraising, marketing communications or sales is required.  Must have excellent oral and written communications and organizational skills, be experienced in planning meetings and other functions, demonstrate excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, other Blackbaud software, Access and other related databases and spreadsheets.  Experience in publishing and related software is a plus.

    Demonstrate ability to strategize within a non-profit setting and to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and take initiative, work independently, function as a member of a team, and be dependable. Valid Florida driver’s license a must.  Background check required prior to employment with this social service agency.
