Would anyone be willing to share your procedures for awarding scholarships?  How do you match the potential recipient with the criteria?  We seem to go through a pretty lengthy process that could lead to errors. I am interested in finding out how other universities do their awarding so that we may streamline our process.

I work for the Houston Community College Foundation and over the last year, we've completely revamped our scholarship awarding process using NetCommunities as our application module (online application) and Raiser's Edge to help us generate the potential awardees and recipients (data imported into RE and queries run to select recipients).
