Does anyone currently track the number of visits, the dates of the visits, and how many people come with the member to your location? I am seeking the best way to track this in RE and am considering setting up attendance actions with attributes.  Any thoughts or practices you may already be using would be appreciated. Thank you,

Hi Linda,

We do here at Audubon Nature Institute.  We do exactly what you've described, action records with attributes, but we capitalize on the membership scanning and membership cards with bar codes to automatically add action records.  I tried to upload an attachment, but I could not see it when I previewed my post.  If you can find it, reference chapter 5.  If you can't find it, let me know.  Good Luck!

Linda, how did you resolve this? We're trying to use a 3rd-party POS/scanning system at our organization. They need an export daily of all the current members with the barcode scanning numbers. I'm pulling my hair out! Any advice?
