I have had a number of parents say that when they try to open a Shared Document in a Class on NetClassroom, they get a "page not found" message.  Not all parents have this problem.  I login as the parent and it works fine.  I have had them check such things as making sure they have Word installed instead of Works, etc.  I have also had them check to see if they have pop-ups blocked.  Most of these parents are using IE6 or IE7.  They don't pay me enough to go to people's houses to troubleshoot stuff like this so I would like to hear if anyone else has had this situation and found something that relates to this like IE settings, Anti Virus or Anti Spam software.

I thought I would reply to my own problem since I found the fix.  It appears that we had to change the web.config file for NetClassrooom to use an external link instead of my internal server.  Not sure why it used to work and now it doesn't but it works now. If anyone has any questions on this, shoot me an email
