That's great! How did you convert your file? Is it a text file or xml?
Our set-up and training went well. You shouldn't have any problems. We uploaded three payroll files that we saved previously (March 15th and 31st, April 15th) and it was easy.
By eliminating the printing/distributing of the direct deposit stubs, we should save several hours (and $) per month.

We are using PDF actually. We talked with our Blackbaud Rep about exporting by XML or CSV and they were going to create a plug-in for us but it would cost between $6,000-$10,000. We just couldn't afford that and I explained the situation to the Sales Rep with National Payment, they agreed to waive the upcharge for using PDF files.
We sent a test file with about 5 employees and they were able to use the file. So hopefully everything goes just as smoothly for us.
I see this being a huge time and money saver in the long-run. We are very anxious to move forward. Good luck!
We are interested in using EZStub or something of the like. Were you successful in uploading and testing the PDF file?
Yes, they were able to use our PDF test file. We sent them a complete file from our last payroll in PDF version and they are using data from it to set up our website. Everything has been successful so far. We should be able to see a demo of the site in 2 or 3 days.
The April 30th payroll was the last time we printed and distributed direct deposit advices. We uploaded the file without any problems and informed all the employees that the information is available via EZStub. Also, Included with the last direct deposit advices, we enclosed the EZStub Quick Start Guide for each employee. However, I can tell that a lot of employees still haven't logged onto the EZStub site. I plan on sending out another email the day before payday reminding everyone, however, you always get those few.....
