If a class meeting in several different periods over an eight-day cycle, and one of those meetings / periods is in a DIFFERENT CLASSROOM from all the others, how can this be entered without changing the room for all meetings / periods? Any time I try to change just one period's meeting room, all the other change over, too. Please help, thanks.

Hi Evan!

There's a business rule setting that should help you with this. In Configuration, click Business Rules, and highlight Scheduling. In the rule When adding a teacher or room to a meeting.... select either Ask to reflect changes to all meetings automatically or Do not reflect changes to other meetings. Then you can open the class in Scheduling, select the Meetings tab, open the meeting that's in a different room, and update the room.

If you select Do not reflect changes to other meetings, just be sure to change the business rule back when you've updated the class
