Hi,
We are running into quite a mess of trying to figure out best practices for keeping Constant Contact and RE up to date with each other.
Right now, we export addresses from RE into CC to update the CC list. This isn't much of a problem.
We get caught, though, trying to bring CC's updates -- especially bounces -- into RE. Importing new addresses is not a problem, but I cannot figure out a way to work with the bounces and returned addresses.
Any ideas? How do you make it work?

Did you ever figure anything out for getting RE to play nice with Constant Contact?
We've got NetMail from Blackbaud which is, of course, very well intergrated with RE. However, it can only send to constituents in RE. We're looking to work with MailChimp, but are having difficulty working out a workflow that will let us coordinate it with RE.

I, too, am looking for ways to integrate the two systems. We haven't gone live yet with Constant Contact and I am concerned about the bouncebacks and re-integrating them into RE. Has anyone else used a similar program like Constant Contact and had success integrating the two?
