Hope all is well at your end.

Need some help with Crystal reports.

For example if we have a table as follows:

Table
--------------------
ID  Name  Education     phone
1   John     BE               98112747
1   John     Mtech          9304940
1   John     Phd              9304940
2   Tom     BED            1111
2   Tom     MSc            1111

We need the data in following format.

Required output data format :-
---------------------------
ID Name   Education-1  Education-2   Education-3   Phone-1        Phone 2
1   John     B.E.                Mtech            Phd               98112747     9304940
2   Tom     B.Ed               Msc               Null               1111              Null
   

I tried using cross tab query but could not get if work.

Can you please have a look and help me on this.

This is so much simpler to do in Excel.  Is there some reason that an Excel spreadsheet won't work?
