Putting cafeteria duty on teacher schedules

Does anyone schedule cafeteria duties for teachers in RO? In the past our Academic Dean would simply write them in on our teacher's schedules, but this seems a bit archaic to me. I was thinking of exporting the teacher's schedules in word and typing them in, but not sure if this is my best option either. Has anyone created a class called Cafeteria Duty? I wouldn't make it a graded course (of course) or put any kids in there. Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!

It would probably work, but depending on how large your school is, it may be a bit hard to manange.

You would have to create the course and add all of the teachers that have duty in the restrictions tab. If you have numerous lunch times, then you should probably create a seperate section for each time or location.

    I hope that this helps.
