Jeff-
Thanks for posting some awesome print media regarding best practices throughout the Y space and beyond. I want to make sure everyone is privy to the goodness that is the Baudcast found here: http://www.blackbaud.com/company/resources/podcasts/thebaudcast.aspx
What is the Baudcast? Take some of the heaviest hitters when it comes to internet strategy and marketing, social media, messaging, and general nonprofit discussions, and then throw them together to create some very enlightening discussion. I would say it's absolutely worth the 30-45 minute runtime that these normally last. What resources have you found that we could all benefit from?
