Dynamic, fast growing outreach, community service program of Greenwich Village, Episcopal Church seeks a development manager to develop and implement a fundraising and marketing strategy. Leading candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with a record of significant and successful leadership in a broad range of development programs, including proposal/grantwriting, direct mail for the annual fund, some major gifts cultivation and solicitation, and special events. A minimum of three to five years work experience in development is desirable as well as an ability to promote the outreach program and lead a team of volunteers to grow the program financially using standard and creative fundraising approaches.
